As a Specialist Data Scientist, you'll join our Data Science team in developing, monitoring, and evolving credit models and decision strategies. You'll lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models and analytical solutions to solve complex credit and transaction risk challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop real-time scoring models to quantify transaction and credit operation risk.
  • Built predictive models using internal and third-party data to optimize user onboarding and reduce losses.
  • Evolving static rule engines into dynamic, graph-based ones to improve intelligent rule management.
  • Leverage Databricks and Data Catalogue to drive innovation and efficiency in data processing.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in risk assessment.
  • Develop fingerprinting and geographic tracking solutions to enhance risk assessment.
  • Mentor team members, share expertise, and lead key projects from a technical perspective.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark, with experience in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and implementing machine learning models, including classification, regression, and clustering algorithms.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and statistics, including experimental design and statistical significance.
  • Ability to handle large datasets, write optimized SQL queries, and evaluate model features.
  • Knowledge of data modeling principles, experience building robust data models, and strong mathematical skills.
