Administrative Assistant to the General Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the GM's schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the GM's calendar and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure all necessary materials are prepared
  • Handle all correspondence and communication on behalf of the GM
  • Provide administrative support to the GM and other members of the Executive Committee
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Ensure the Executive Office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the GM and other HODs as needed
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other documents as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
  • College degree in Secretarial/Management or similar field
  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English and Thai, with a third international language a plus
