Architectural Visionary Needed

Shape the region's digital future by driving architectural excellence from tender through construction.

As a seasoned Architect, you will leverage your expertise in Revit to coordinate large-scale building projects and drive innovation.

  • Manage tender and IFC models, ensuring compliance with ISO19650 standards.
  • Cultivate effective communication with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and support subcontractor alignment.
  • Contribute to the development of project documentation, submittal schedules, and QA/QC procedures.

With a focus on timely document submissions and shop drawing updates, you will foster collaboration between modelers and document controllers.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in a Senior Architect role
  • Strong proficiency in Revit
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office
  • Solid understanding of large-scale building projects
  • Ability to interpret, review, and coordinate technical construction documentation
