Program Manager for Education Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive the success of our education initiatives within strategic Higher Education customer accounts. As a key liaison between our organization and these stakeholders, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and orchestrating impactful programs that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging meetings and events tailored to diverse audiences within the HED education sector.
  • User Engagement: Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to increase the utilization of our education tools among HED institutions, including creating compelling content and delivering impactful training sessions.
  • Renewal Upsell and Upgrade: Collaborate closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for renewal, upsell, and upgrade within existing accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of customer needs and product knowledge to advocate for our education solutions and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Secretaries of Education, including administrators, IT professionals, pedagogical leaders, and teachers.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute impactful Google events, ensuring seamless logistics, compelling content, and measurable outcomes.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content, including presentations, training materials, and online resources, to promote the adoption and effective use of our education solutions.
  • Training and Enablement: Deliver impactful training sessions to educators and administrators, empowering them to leverage our education tools effectively in the classroom.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for renewal, upsell, and upgrade within existing accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Education Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: In program management, preferably within the education sector.
  • Skills: Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, passion for technology and its potential to transform education.
  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English.
