Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent position with an expected duration of approximately two years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily civil construction activities with all subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities with all subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
  • Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Manage subcontractors and labor force on-site.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the construction team.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and customers.
  • Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in supervising civil construction projects in industrial areas.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Minimum technical degree in Civil Construction or Building Construction.
