Sales Growth Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining our business in the region.

  • Meet or exceed annual revenue targets aligned with global objectives
  • Work closely with regional leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, secure new projects, and deliver on revenue goals
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new clients and opportunities
  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with key customers and partners, collaborating with Technical Sales to deliver tailored materials and proposals
  • Prepare sales reports and accurate revenue forecasts, highlighting areas for improvement
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

As a successful Sales Growth Manager, you will possess:

Candidate Profile
  • 6+ years of business development or sales executive experience with proven results
  • Strong industry network and established relationships with key stakeholders
  • Enterprise sales experience in video compression, contribution, live production, OTT, or signal transport
  • A solid understanding of live video workflows for media and broadcast, including live linear channels, live event contribution, and OTT delivery
  • The ability to engage confidently with C-level clients in technical and commercial discussions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
