We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with strong commercial and sales skills. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Provide customer-oriented service to key accounts
- CUSTOMIZE STRATEGIES TO OPTIMIZE RETENTION OF CLIENTS
- Conduct market research to understand how to improve current processes and what could be implemented
- Create loyalty programs to ensure client satisfaction and engagement
- Solve clients' inquiries, questions, concerns in a proactive manner
- DATABASE MANAGEMENT TO KEEP TRACK OF KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS FOR THE ASSIGNED ACCOUNTS
- Refine sales strategies for new client acquisition
- Cooperate with other companies to enable partnerships growth
- Achieve client engagement through innovative strategies
- Promote the product to potential clients
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a key account manager/customer success representative is required
- Experience in B2B sales is a great advantage
- Strong commercial and sales skills
- Knowledge of the local service market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- English on a professional level is required
