Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion within the Flexitank Industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate targeted lists of accounts within the country and region assigned.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market insights and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
- Customer Relations: Foster excellent relationships with customers within the industry, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Development: Develop, train, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments and network partners to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Negotiations: Negotiate customer trading terms and ensure all requests for markdowns, allowances, and promotional spends are within approved parameters.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels within budgeted parameters and align inventory mix with customer requirements.
- Account Receivable: Oversee accounts receivable and payments from customers.
- Flexitank Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in the Flexitank industry.
Competitive salary: R$10,000.00 - R$25,000.00 per month.
