Customer Service Specialist Role

This is a full-time on-site position in Serra, Brazil. You will work in a 5x2 schedule, from 10am to 6:15pm, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and prioritize accordingly
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, adhering to company values
  • Effectively resolve issues, setting realistic expectations with customers
  • Clearly comprehend and respond appropriately to customer inquiries

  • Apply logical reasoning and sound judgment to ensure optimal customer outcomes
  • Making swift and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
