Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day management of network incidents.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution and performing 2nd level troubleshooting for complex network incidents.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years' experience with network infrastructure, protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies: LAN, WAN, firewall, proxy, and TCP/IP (Cisco, Citrix, Checkpoint)
- 5+ years' experience with incident management systems and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- 4+ years' experience as a Network Support Leader
- 3+ years working in large corporations
- Experience with KPI and SLA creation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
- ENGLISH: Advanced (professional) or fluent (must)
