Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. This role will focus on executing PRGX's sales vision, strategy, and plans to achieve financial objectives and expand the company's brand in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development plans to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Identify, evaluate, and execute sales of PRGX's contract compliance and profit recovery services and its data intelligence technology products
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand PRGX's strengths and value proposition to develop sales strategies
- Ensure differentiated client experiences and satisfaction based on a deep understanding of client needs
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, monitoring, and conversion
- Mobilize internal stakeholders to support new and current enterprise technology initiatives
- Demonstrate effective use of PRGX's sales process and the Challenger sales methodology
- Proactively build positive relationships to support PRGX's goals
- Oversee the development of proposals and contracts for new business opportunities and manage negotiations
- Partner with Legal to finalize sales contracts
- Remain abreast of market and industry changes and use market intelligence to position PRGX for growth and success
- Develop and execute plans to identify selling opportunities and to meet or exceed sales quota, revenue, and other targets
- Communicate the value of PRGX's products and services to clients
- Engage the support of sales engineering, operations, finance, and PRGX leadership as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or similar business discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' enterprise services and/or technology sales experience
- Preference given to candidates with experience selling into procurement/category management groups within enterprise retailers and/or other enterprise organizations
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Effective communication skills at a high level in writing and verbal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work for multiple clients at any time
- Self-starter with sense of urgency and desire to make an impact
- Must be willing to travel
