About this opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to oversee the delivery of strategic projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinating stakeholders, and prioritizing deliverables to enhance developer experience and increase active usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality results on time and in line with established frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain clear, actionable project plans that align business needs with engineering delivery.
  • Monitor and control project deliverables, making recommendations and adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Identify risks and interdependencies early, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize delivery impact.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leaders, product owners, and developer representatives to ensure features meet real developer needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency.
  • Remove roadblocks, optimize team flow, and promote continuous improvement across the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification (or actively working toward one).
  • Experience in product or platform development, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or high-technology environments.
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, with hands-on experience in cloud-native product development.
  • Experience with CI/CD-driven projects and modern DevOps practices.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with pragmatic focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive, with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
