Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead business transformation projects and validate IT organization and governance. The ideal candidate will benchmark existing applications, understand and challenge business needs, build transition scenarios, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure system utilization aligns with business objectives.

  • Lead the full implementation project lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of the project while meeting functional requirements and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to align expectations and obtain buy-in.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to deployment and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, maintain documentation, and follow up on actions to maintain momentum.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
  • Coordinate management of resources and tasks to ensure availability/continuity of all logistics, materials, and technologies necessary as defined by scope-of-services.
  • Prepare, conduct, and document lessons learned activities as a handover of project results for documentation.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years experience in Project management preferably with implementation.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field.
