Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT project manager to lead business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects, validating IT organization and governance, and ensuring systems are utilized efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple concurrent IT implementation projects from initiation through completion
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of IT projects while meeting functional requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to align expectations and obtain buy-in
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to IT deployment and develop mitigation plans
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with LIMS implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables concurrently
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
