Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification (such as Change Management Certification, Prosci, or SHRM) is preferred but not required.">
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, or organizational development within a medium-to-large environment.">
