Key Facilitator Role

- Help define the vision and strategy for change, ensuring it is clear and compelling while collaborating with leadership to ensure successful change implementation.">
- Owning and maintaining the Change Management Plan for the organization, aligning strategies with organizational goals and objectives.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification (such as Change Management Certification, Prosci, or SHRM) is preferred but not required.">
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, or organizational development within a medium-to-large environment.">
Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, models, and best practices.">
- Proficiency in analyzing data and feedback to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in people experiences.">
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey change initiatives clearly and build support among stakeholders.">
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and engagement with diverse stakeholders across the organization.">
