Business Development Role
  • Develop a pipeline of potential business opportunities and successfully close deals.
  • Promote the company's brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish its market position.
  • Collaborate with the wider organization to understand the product and ways of working.
  • Analyze the market in-depth to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the company's products and services in the region.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and pitches based on client needs and the company's value proposition.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs by taking ownership of their pipeline and identifying new opportunities.

The Business Development Manager will drive their own pipeline, seek out new opportunities, and support the ongoing commercial growth strategy. They will work closely with the wider organization to understand the product and ways of working, and analyze the market to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a specific industry.
