Electrical and Instrumentation Team Leader

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the execution of electrical and instrumentation works on-site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical and instrumentation teams on-site
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Coordinate with other disciplines to achieve project objectives
- Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation designs
- Monitor progress and optimize task execution
- Conduct regular inspections and support testing and commissioning activities
- Maintain accurate records and daily reports
- Minimum technical degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering
- Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation supervision on construction or industrial sites (minimum 10 years)
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, and field instruments
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Effective leadership and team coordination skills
