Job Summary

This role is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for the daily operations of a Pro Shop and Demo Center. The position has year-round support across all locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive business growth in a dynamic resort environment.
  • Build genuine customer relationships and maintain extensive product knowledge to uphold a reputation as a leading outdoor gear destination.
  • Balance exceptional service delivery with strong financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operations while coordinating supporting retail efforts across multiple locations.
  • Drive sales performance across diverse product lines, including ski and snowboard equipment, apparel, accessories, custom boot fitting services, brand logowear, and souvenirs.
  • Maintain accountability for store performance metrics and operational KPIs.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism, integrity, and guest experience.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard both experienced and non-experienced retail sales associates and seasonal staff, emphasizing sales standards and guest service.
  • Create a positive work environment that prioritizes employee well-being, recognizes achievements, and fosters professional growth.
