We seek a Senior Team Leader to lead our Sales team. As a Senior Team Leader, you will oversee and drive a team of Sales Managers focused on acquiring new business across all products.
This role is responsible for executing strategic plans, hitting growth targets, and fostering a high-performance culture.
The position requires an excellent understanding of the sales industry, product knowledge, competitors, and customers.
- Oversight, guidance, and support of the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and collaboration.
- Translation of company objectives into actionable sales strategies, ensuring accurate forecasting and maintaining a healthy, qualified pipeline aligned with growth goals.
- Leveraging deep industry knowledge, existing networks, trade shows, partner ecosystems, and emerging markets to identify, engage, and secure new business across jurisdictions.
- Overseeing the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and proposal to contracting, compliance, technical integration, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless handover to internal teams.
- Championing commercial innovation by identifying scalable business models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies to optimise profitability and market penetration.
- Serving as the central point of contact for new business onboarding, driving internal alignment, defining delivery scope, managing execution timelines, and reporting on progress.
- Developing and executing a long-term talent strategy for the function, including succession planning, capability building, and leadership pipeline development.
- Leading the continuous improvement of operational frameworks and sales performance models using data analytics to drive agile decision-making and scalable process optimisation.
- Serving as a thought leader & industry representative at global forums, shaping market perception and contributing to white papers, panels, and industry working groups.
- Analysing market intelligence and competitive trends to inform internal stakeholders and support the development of go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Ensuring that internal resources are allocated efficiently, prioritising opportunities with the highest commercial potential to maximise ROI.
- Shaping & driving the strategic direction of new business initiatives across the organisation, actively influencing product, compliance, and commercial roadmaps to align with market opportunities and long-term business goals.
- Keeping internal stakeholders informed on product development roadmaps and ensuring commercial and operational alignment.
- Strengthening existing partnerships to uncover further opportunities and enhance long-term collaboration and growth.
