This pivotal role in the product team helps drive data-driven decisions to enhance features and optimize user experience. The Product Analyst will define, implement, and monitor key product metrics, ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights to guide product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and track key product success metrics across multiple product teams
- Collaborate with product managers to implement and evaluate conversion funnels and feature performance
- Work with engineering to ensure accurate data collection for all new product launches and updates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product usage data requests from design and product teams
- Bridge communication and technical gaps between departments
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues related to event tracking or data loss
- Assist with setting up and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental feature rollouts
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar data-focused role
- Expertise with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Hands-on experience with advanced product analytics tools like Heap, Posthog, or Pendo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI
- Experience with A/B testing and feature rollout platforms
