We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Specialist to identify and engage new distributor partners for our luxury haircare brand.
This is a top-of-funnel role critical to global expansion. The successful candidate will lead outbound outreach efforts targeting international and domestic distributors using LinkedIn and email to craft personalized messages, engage decision-makers, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research distributor prospects across regions
- Create and send tailored outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls with our Partnerships Team
- Manage and update CRM pipeline consistently
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or outreach roles
- Strong writing skills and attention to personalization
- CRM proficiency
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and organized
A strong, growing pipeline of qualified distributor leads
Effective outreach campaigns with above-average response rates
Seamless handoff of warm leads to the Partnerships team
