
Channel Sales Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our channel sales strategy, fostering strong relationships with resellers, VARs, and distributors. As a Partner and Channel Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in indirect sales and channel development, with a deep understanding of the software industry. You will lead joint partner planning processes, coordinate company personnel involvement, and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
In this role, you will build a strong partner pipeline through co-marketing programs, account and field mapping of company and partner sellers, and provide regular governance, reporting, and management of indirect and joint/co-selling activities. Additionally, you will manage potential channel conflict, ensure partner compliance, and drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
To succeed, you will need excellent knowledge and experience of the workings of reseller, systems integrator, and consulting ecosystems. Past relationships and networks are highly valued. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact with technical and business counterparts both within and outside the company.
