Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates

  • Analyze data to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
