**Job Summary**

This role is focused on managing and supporting customer relationships, business development, and financials in the Latam region. You will be responsible for developing and growing customer relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across the region* Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing ones* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver content to customers* Manage and track customer interactions using Salesforce* Plan and execute educational events and workshops to enhance customer knowledge and engagement

**Requirements**

* Minimum 5-6 years' experience in the financial markets and/or derivatives marketplace* Degree in business, economics, or engineering preferred* Proven sales, customer relationship, and business development skills* Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Fluency in Portuguese and English; intermediate Spanish skills desired* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint* Experience with Bloomberg Terminal desirable
