This role is perfect for those with experience in developing markets and driving growth in the professional audio segment.

You will be responsible for seeding and going to market with new products and technologies, identifying market leads and opportunities, and forming relationships with potential regional customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in new markets.
  • Identify and research market trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform our product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop educational programs, presentations, conferences, and other events to increase awareness and understanding of our products.
  • Monitor and analyze market activity, including competitor movements and customer behavior, to inform our business decisions.
  • Provide support for and input to our Product Planners and Product Marketing Specialists on product lines and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with a comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products.
  • Extensive experience providing audio technical support, audio design, and equipment setup.
  • Background or experience with touring production, theater production, integration, conferencing, broadcasting, or networking.
  • Deep understanding of industry practices and company policies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of audio DSP technology.
  • Expert troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, work independently, and see projects through to completion.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Language skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English required; Portuguese highly desired.
