Our objective is to strengthen farmer resilience through innovative insurance solutions. We seek a highly skilled Agro Business Development Professional with a collaborative mindset to drive growth in the Livestock/Bloodstock and Property Rural Lines.
- Developing and executing business expansion strategies for Livestock/Bloodstock and Property Rural Lines involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing effective plans to capitalize on them.
- Capturing opportunities for product development and improvement in collaboration with market experts requires a deep understanding of the industry, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Creating guidelines with risk appetites for these lines, in conjunction with underwriting leaders, necessitates a thorough analysis of market conditions, regulatory requirements, and potential risks.
- Designing and monitoring strategic marketing channels demands a keen understanding of target audiences, effective branding strategies, and measurable performance metrics.
- Providing technical support to the commercial structure in developing relationships with the distribution network entails fostering trust, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing business growth strategies.
- Collaborating with market experts to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Creating guidelines with risk appetites for Livestock/Bloodstock and Property Rural Lines.
- Designing and monitoring strategic marketing channels.
- Providing technical support to the commercial structure.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in Rural Insurance, preferably in Bloodstock/Livestock or Property Rural.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Zootecnics, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication are essential.
- Technical knowledge and business planning skills are necessary.
