Key Account Leadership Role

This senior leadership position oversees strategic planning and execution for key accounts, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial conditions and possess exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans in collaboration with Sales Director and other departments.
  • Organizing account combinations and coordinating sales campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of commercial conditions, including discounts, product types, and deadlines.
  • Ensuring timely receipt of weekly and monthly information under their responsibility.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in people management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to develop and understand customer needs, analyze competitors, and stay updated on retail trends.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
  • Results-driven approach focused on achieving business goals.
