Business Process Data Analyst Opportunity

As a Business Process Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving the execution of global master data management systems. This position involves facilitating and evolving processes to ensure accuracy and completion within service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage counterparty master data ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with data team members, businesses, and IT to identify process improvements and implement automation, standardization, and continuous process enhancements.
  • Lead projects to improve data quality and processes, identifying issues and root causes.
  • Coach associates on data work and projects for optimal support and service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or information systems.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, data governance, data administration, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience leading a team.
Benefits

This is a mid-senior level, full-time opportunity based in Palmas or Sao Paulo office, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
