Senior Program Leadership Role

A high-level position that supports the effective execution of our strategic objectives through exceptional program management, cross-functional coordination, and external engagement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor organization-wide projects across departments to ensure alignment with our strategic direction and timely completion.
  • Identify obstacles, coordinate across teams, and escalate challenges with thoughtful solutions.
  • Provide high-level operational and strategic support to senior leadership, including preparation of materials for internal briefings, board meetings, and external engagements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including public officials, community leaders, business partners, and nonprofit organizations.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic program management, government/public affairs, or organizational leadership.
  • A strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives, preferably in a public media, nonprofit, or civic setting.
  • Demonstrated success working with public officials or government agencies.
  • Familiarity with project management and communication platforms.
