Latin America Regional Compliance Manager

We are seeking a senior compliance professional to oversee our Latin America business operations. As the primary Compliance Officer, you will implement and maintain our regional compliance program ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the designated Compliance professional in accordance with local regulations.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct due diligence and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal and compliance risks through effective controls and monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Law required.
- Prior experience at a multinational company or law firms.
- Specialization or Master's Degree in Compliance, Corporate Governance or related corporate areas desirable.
- Compliance certification (CCEP, CPC-A) considered a plus.
- Advanced English and Spanish skills.
