The primary objective of this role is to oversee and coordinate the entire production process ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to manage all stages of the production process.
  • Lead teams by setting performance expectations and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key production indicators and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business administration.
  • Proficiency in English language skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems particularly in PP and MM modules.
Experience:
  • Significant experience as a production leader or manager in polymer processing or related industries.
  • Hands-on experience managing industrial processes and capacity.
  • Leadership experience in team management and quality methodologies.
