We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role within our Billing and Collections department.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless communication with our outsourced services provider, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Responsibilities

People Management:

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relevant training materials to enhance the team's knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor adherence to internal billing policies and procedures, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Foster a positive work environment by allocating workload fairly and sustainably.
  • Promote industry best practices by attending seminars, roundtables, and other events with team members.

Billing & Collections Operations:

  • Manage the end-to-end billing process, including invoice preparation and adjustments.
  • Optimize cash collection by reviewing, monitoring, and escalating delinquencies as needed.
Requirements
