Descrição do Cargo

O nosso cliente multinacional de dispositivos médicos procura alguém para liderar equipes de RAQA nos países da região. Será necessário estabelecer pontos de contato entre hubs internacionais e representar a região em discussões estratégicas. Além disso, é preciso participar ativamente de decisões de pipeline, registro e lançamento de produtos.

  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias regulatórias alinhadas a exigências locais e internacionais.
  • Supervisionar registros de produtos, submissões e renovações, garantindo conformidade dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Coordenar interações com autoridades regulatórias, auditorias e inspeções.
  • Apoiar e guiar as equipes locais garantindo alinhamento com normas internacionais.
  • Liderar gerentes de regulatórios e qualidade, garantindo cobertura adequada nos países da região.

Habilidades e Qualificações

Formação superior. Experiência mínima de cinco anos em liderança de RAQA, preferencialmente em Medical Devices. Desejável Pós Graduação na área. Inglês e espanhol fluentes. Familiaridade com operações regionais. Excelente comunicação, articulação política e negociação em mesas estratégicas. Tomada de decisão analítica. Resiliência e capacidade de lidar com múltiplos stakeholders.
