Job Title: Quality Team Manager

As a quality team leader, you will play a crucial role in driving product excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • You will oversee local quality teams, guiding them to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance shop floor quality and technology, ensuring seamless alignment with regional and global policies.
  • Identify opportunities for quality enhancements and drive initiatives to improve QC/QM processes.
  • Lead local/regional projects, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Drive change management processes relevant to the job function, guided by global policy.

To succeed in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field, with post-graduate studies in food-related disciplines.

You must have at least 5 years of experience in a related function and at least 2 years in an equivalent position.

Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management techniques are essential. A solid understanding of on-site QIC, FC&A, and Ops processes is also necessary.

Familiarity with Givaudan's order fulfillment, brief management, regulatory, and innovation processes is required. Additionally, you should have a good grasp of Givaudan's manufacturing technologies and product characteristics.
