Client Solutions Engagement Analyst
### Overview
This role is for someone who can take the lead in first conversations with clients, clarify their needs and map out business problems. As a Client Solutions Engagement Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape solutions that meet client expectations.
### Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
- Proven background supporting pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
- Strong history of working with cross-functional teams (Tech Lead, UX, QA).
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile / Scrum practices, and common delivery risks.
- Experience in mid-sized or growth-stage tech firms.
- Background collaborating with stakeholders across business and tech.
