We are seeking a highly skilled Value Proposition Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis position plays a critical role in shaping our business strategy and driving growth. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for articulating predicted payer and payer influencer decision drivers and unmet needs to our brand teams.
You will work closely with our Oncology business team to analyze complex models and scientific data to draw out key messages, interpret scientific and/or pharmaco-economic data to assess its relevance, and develop targeted value messages.
Additionally, you will identify opportunities for cross-functional impacts of anticipated changes in the payer environment, recommend appropriate 'beyond the pill solutions,' and enhance proposals from other team members.
Your responsibilities will also include analyzing economic and clinical data to grant access and reimbursement, and identifying opportunities for win-win partnerships with traditional and non-traditional stakeholders.

- Interpret scientific and/or pharmaco-economic data to assess its relevance
- Develop targeted value messages
- Identify opportunities for cross-functional impacts of anticipated changes in the payer environment
- Recommend appropriate beyond the pill solutions
- Enhance proposals from other team members
- Analyze economic and clinical data to grant access and reimbursement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Relevant experience with proven track record of success in pharmaceutical industry within commercial and medical functions and/or within healthcare payer/provider or academic institution
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Ability to analyze complex models and scientific data and draw out key messages
- Ability to interpret scientific and/or pharmaco-economic data to assess its relevance
- Solid working knowledge of pharmaco-economic principles
- Solid knowledge of payer mindset and motivation in respective local context
- Proven track record of success on specific market access success experience within respective local context
- 1-2 years of specific market access experience
