About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our brand strategy in Brazil, focusing on creating emotional connections with users and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and defining the brand in Brazil, including its identity, voice, and tone, to reflect the cultural context and everyday realities of our target audience.

  • Crafting narratives, campaigns, and experiences that go beyond utility and build lasting emotional bonds with users.

  • Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, including product, marketing, technology, and talent.

  • Managing public relations and storytelling efforts, partnering with local agencies and internal teams to build earned media strategies and tell stories that resonate with both mainstream and underserved communities.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring brand ideas to life and ensure alignment around a clear brand mission.

  • Driving organic brand growth through word-of-mouth, content, SEO, and product-led storytelling.

Requirements

We're looking for a strategic brand builder with experience in brand development, mobile, and PR in Brazil. A strong creative sensibility, ability to direct top-tier brand work, and collaborative approach to inspiring teams and aligning stakeholders behind the brand vision are essential.

Familiarity with AI is a plus, and fluency in English is required; Spanish is a bonus.
