Lead Digital Product Owner

As a highly motivated and results-driven leader, you will be responsible for guiding the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business owners and Digital Product Managers.

  • Ensure user-centric mindset, increasing and improving usage of your products and supporting key-users.
  • Apply Agile methodologies upon leading significant initiatives, collaborating with DPOs, DPAOs, and DPMs to plan and execute strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end scope execution across your and global teams, forging new opportunities for value creation.

Develop and manage the backlog presented by DPMs (Digital Product Manager) and all runtime activities.

This role requires previous experience working with HR Capabilities and Systems (Senior, Success Factors, RM Labore).

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver solutions, work with life-cycle management, and secure deliveries to Brazil's Human Resources and Legal & Compliance local capabilities, target map, and lead the interface with global products and projects.
  • Manage the backlog presented by DPMs (Digital Product Manager) and all runtime activities.
  • Collaborate on setting the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business owners and Digital Product Managers.
