Job Title: Workday HCM Consultant

">About the Job

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be working as part of a team to support the implementation and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will work co-operatively with team members to understand customer requirements, and with the guidance from more senior consultants, deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Workday solutions to meet customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver solutions
  • Understand customer requirements and deliver solutions accordingly
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Good understanding of Workday products, either or HCM as well as any specialist capability
  • Good customer focus, with some experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility, including in a remote working situation
  • Good commercial awareness and some understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Attention to detail
  • Capable of working within teams and alongside customers, as well as on your individual tasks with limited supervision
  • Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines
  • Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality and accuracy at all times
  • Aware of the importance of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensures security of information at all times
  • Willing to learn in depth about relevant subject matter e.g., international regulatory requirements
  • Able to rotate through various Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services
  • For Application Management Services, able to deliver work to meet defined Service Level Agreements
  • Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out-of-region travel may also be required)
