  • Maintain, modify, deploy and support systems or third-party components.
  • Complete unit testing of all work processes.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate problems involving causes that are not obvious.
  • Develop solutions to problems and respond to errors that do not have a known cause.
  • Perform tasks necessary to ensure data integrity and system stability.
  • Write and maintain all documentation supporting primary area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or a related discipline is required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work semi-independently with specified objectives through interaction with supervisors and stakeholders.
  • Basic organizational, communication and time management skills.
  • Able to complete assignments on time with minimal error.
  • Active team member with effective listening and collaboration skills.
  • Achieves information technology objectives through use of approved standards and guidelines.
