Marketing Analytics Professional

We're seeking a strategic and data-driven Business Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. You will translate complex marketing and business data into actionable insights that drive our growth strategy.
This role requires you to build impactful marketing dashboards using Sigma, Google Analytics, Heap, and Looker.
- Analyze marketing campaigns across channels to optimize performance and resource allocation
- Define and track key metrics (LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention, Conversion Rates)
- Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and marketing effectiveness
You'll partner with Growth, Brand, Partnerships, Product, Data, and Finance teams to develop and implement measurement frameworks, analyze performance, and identify strategic opportunities for optimization.
About the RoleIn this position, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with various teams to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
- A minimum of 2-3 years in business analysis or 3+ years of experience in data analytics and/or data science
- Previous Marketing Analytics experience is a plus
- Deep understanding of key business metrics: LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention, and Conversion Funnel metrics
