Grants Manager for Research Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Configuration Analyst to join our team. This strategic role is responsible for analyzing research expenditures and labor distributions in Workday to support federal reporting and internal decision-making.
The successful candidate will have experience working with Workday Grants Management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This position requires configuring and maintaining Workday Grants Management modules to ensure alignment with institutional post-award business practices.
Triage and resolve system issues impacting grant award setup, invoicing, financial reporting, and effort certification are also key responsibilities of this role.
In addition, the analyst will partner with functional teams to map and test updated business processes and grant workflows.
Crosswalks and data clean-up activities related to legacy awards, grant hierarchies, and worktags are also part of this job.
