Job Role Overview

This role is centered around client satisfaction and retention to foster loyalty, while overseeing operational activities.

  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Oversight of client milestones – Monitor progress at the 30,60,90 day mark.
  • Complete all client tasks within set deadlines.
  • Milestone – Operations Management – Brand Strategy.
  • Verify resolution of pain points, identify ongoing issues.
  • Lead in retention efforts by providing proposals, negotiating contracts, and suggesting upgrades or upsells as needed.
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction by ensuring clients participate in quarterly surveys.
  • Suggest improvements to clients' strategy.
  • Ensure client requirements are met and tasks to fulfill client contracts are completed on time.
  • Familiarize yourself with clients' business, competition, and marketing objectives to define business problems and apply insights effectively.
  • Regularly monitor and report on clients' performance to ensure goals are achieved.
