Automated Test Engineer Role

As an automated test engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining high-quality automated test scripts for Android and iOS applications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop automated test cases using C# and frameworks like Selenium and Appium to ensure seamless testing across various platforms.
  • Integrate tests into continuous integration pipelines for efficient and reliable testing.
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance coding standards and product code reusability.
  • Implement tests using BDD-style syntax for clear and concise test writing.
  • Ensure test traceability through accurate tagging of ADO work item IDs.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared test libraries for better collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET programming languages.
  • Experience with mobile test automation, Appium, Selenium, and BrowserStack.
  • Familiarity with Gherkin/SpecFlow for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) style test writing.
  • Knowledge of test pyramid principles and shift-left testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of Azure DevOps, including pipelines and test management.
