Job Title: Telecommunications Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecommunications Engineer to join our team. As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing telecommunications systems and equipment.

Your primary focus will be on mobile testing, including pre-launch device testing, handset testing, and mobile chipset testing. You will also be involved in sanity, feature, functional, system, and compatibility testing, as well as retesting and regression testing.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be willing to travel domestically and internationally, and have flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test telecommunications systems and equipment
  • Perform mobile testing, including pre-launch device testing, handset testing, and mobile chipset testing
  • Conduct sanity, feature, functional, system, and compatibility testing, as well as retesting and regression testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in telecommunications engineering or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of mobile testing, including pre-launch device testing, handset testing, and mobile chipset testing
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and protocols, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G
  • Experience with testing tools and software, including QXDM, QPST, and QCAT
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
