Network Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our networks, providing technical support and coordination to resolve issues in a timely manner. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure that network services meet agreed-upon standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and coordination to resolve network-related incidents and issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Perform administrative tasks to drive day-to-day performance
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a NOC environment
- Knowledge of ITIL and good analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills
- Ability to work unsupervised, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and prioritize deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information effectively
