Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Planning Area Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for assessing business processes maturity and performances, identifying opportunities for improvement with SAP IBP Modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess business processes maturity and performances, identifying opportunities for improvement with SAP IBP Modules.
  • Perform hands-on work related to system configuration, document business requirements, business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs on SAP IBP Modules.
  • Provide remote/on-site support in critical customer situations, such as global escalations or war rooms.

Requirements

  • Mandatory:
    • At least 2+ years of experience in two or more SAP IBP Modules, such as Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response and Supply, etc.
    • At least one end-to-end implementation experience in deploying one or more of the IBP Modules listed.
    • Knowledge in the integration between SAP ECC or S/4HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real Time Integration (RTI).
    • Experienced in business process analysis and reengineering.
  • Preferred/Good to have:
    • Experienced in complex projects and international environments.
    • Certification in SAP IBP Modules.
    • Additional knowledge/certifications in SAP S/4HANA Logistics Solutions.
    • Well-developed customer focus and problem-solving skills.
    • Team player, proactive networking attributes, results, and execution-focused, willing to learn.

Language Skills

  • Portuguese - Mandatory
  • English - Mandatory, proficient spoken and written, as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region
  • Spanish - Highly desired
