Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning tasks and reporting, including monthly analysis and interpretation, and proposing corrective measures as needed.
- Develop and manage budgets by business line, in coordination with group headquarters and local directors.
- Responsible for long-term cash flow forecasting, working closely with the treasury and business departments.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor and control project pipelines and margins.
- Collaborate with the business team to understand company business models, services proposals, and investment plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports, acting as a first reviewer within the geography finance management.
- Focus on process improvement and automation, implementing new tools and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with headquarters, considering consolidation perspectives and providing ideas to promote cost control and cash efficiency.
- Graduated in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in financial planning, cost controlling, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of corporate finance techniques and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
