About the Role

  • Deliver top-notch customer service across various channels.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the Customer Care team, ensuring effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Implement innovative strategies to boost Net Promoter Score (NPS) and manage online reputation.
  • Manage logistics and warranty processes, including exchanges, repairs, and invoice issuance.
  • Prepare quotations for clients based on their needs and specifications.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service and support.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • A minimum of six months of experience in a production environment prioritizing customer service.
  • A high school diploma is required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative activities is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of invoice issuance and financial procedures is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a team is crucial.
