Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a technical expert with experience in Bluebeam products. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
This role requires the ability to analyze work assigned based on priority and respond to customer queries in a timely manner. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating support activities and development initiatives, working closely with SME's and Key-users to understand their requirements and issues.
The position also involves coordinating and following up with product vendors for handling product bugs, ensuring seamless support services to clients. If you possess excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in IT and Bluebeam products
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)
- Hands-on experience with installation and upgrading of Bluebeam products
- Good knowledge in Bluebeam product license administration and product assignments
